📦 Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be uncolored and unwashed
• The item must be in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided

CalmColors™ blankets are creative comfort products designed for coloring, relaxation, family activities, and everyday cozy use.
Please note:
• Slight variations in appearance, color, print placement, stitching, dimensions, fabric texture, blanket thickness, softness, and overall feel may occur between production batches
• Colors displayed on screens may differ slightly from actual product colors
• Product photos and videos are intended for demonstration purposes and may appear different depending on lighting conditions, camera settings, screen settings, and individual perception
• Comfort preferences, softness preferences, thickness expectations, and material feel are subjective and vary between customers
These variations do not constitute defects.
📏 Blanket Thickness & Material Notice
Blanket thickness, softness, weight, texture, and overall feel may vary slightly between production batches and materials.
Individual expectations regarding blanket thickness, softness, comfort, weight, or material feel do not qualify as product defects and are not valid grounds for a refund if the product substantially matches its description and intended use.
🎨 Creative Product Notice
Because CalmColors™ blankets are interactive creative products:
• Blankets that have been colored, customized, drawn on, washed, altered, or used are not eligible for return or refund
• Marker results may vary depending on coloring pressure, drying conditions, washing methods, detergents, water temperature, storage conditions, and general usage
• Color intensity, color appearance, fading, and washout performance may vary depending on individual use
These factors do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
📦 Packaging
Packaging may occasionally show minor wear, dents, or cosmetic damage during shipping.
Minor packaging damage does not qualify for a refund or replacement as long as the product itself remains functional and undamaged.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless:
• The item arrives damaged
• The wrong item was received
• A verified manufacturing defect exists
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Used products
• Colored or customized blankets
• Washed blankets
• Items damaged after delivery
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor variations in color, size, texture, stitching, softness, thickness, or appearance
• Customer dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
• Claims such as "not what I expected", "too thin", "too soft", "too thick", "not comfortable enough", "I don't like it", or similar subjective opinions when the product matches the description
• Orders delayed by customs, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control
• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A detailed description of the issue
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
🔍 Verification Process
CalmColors™ reserves the right to request additional photos, videos, or information before approving any claim.
Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence may be denied.
🔁 Resolution Options
At our sole discretion, we may:
• Offer a replacement product
• Offer store credit
• Offer a partial refund
• Approve a return
• Deny a claim if the product substantially matches its description or insufficient evidence is provided
📦 Refused Deliveries
Orders refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may be subject to return shipping fees, restocking fees, and non-refundable shipping charges.
🚫 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact CalmColors™ Support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Chargebacks submitted for delivered products that substantially match the product description may be disputed using:
• Tracking records
• Proof of delivery
• Order records
• Customer communications
• Product specifications
• Website product descriptions

• You have reviewed all product details, dimensions, photos, and descriptions
• You understand that appearance, thickness, softness, color results, and comfort preferences may vary
